General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There may be many causes but does not look serious. Pain may be caused by gut problems like trapped gas , but important is to rule out some infection in the bladder or uterus that may also cause pain in the tummy.

This is specially true if you have fever or frequent urination. So you don't need to worry but it's good to get a urine test done to rule out infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
