What Causes Pain At Base Of Skull And Chill Across Top Of Head?

Hello. I have had a pain on the right side at the base of my skull with a cold chill feeling that goes across the top of my head occasionally. I had an mri done a few months ago and they said no abnormalies that I should go to physical therapy. Sometimes my arm gets tingly as well on the same side

Hello,

Since the MRI came back normal, you should not be worried about anything serious. It may be a pinched nerve, so, try to avoid positions that trigger it. The problem may be located on your neck.
