What Causes Pain Around Kidney Area While Walking Fast?

It feels like I have bruise around my kidney area, but I see no sight of a bruise. I don t recall hurting myself either today. It only hurts in one spot. Now it s really bothering me. It doesn t hurt 24/7 but when I do certain things. Like move to fast or walk. I really want to know what s wrong with me. Now it hurts when I touch it .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
It can be due to two things-
1. Some urine infection/ problem can be excluded by absence of urinary complaints ( burning/ pain/ frequency, stones )/urine examination & other tests with experts advise. followed by needful treatment.
2. It can be spinal or disc problem at lumber spine. Consult orthopedic doctor/ x ray spine would confirm/ exclude. It is controlled by medicines/ physiotherapy & surgery in few cases.
Thanks...
