What Causes Pain Around Collar Bone?

hello,I have been experiencing pain around my collar bone in the front of my right side of chest. it happens when I inhale. it comes and goes, if I take a few more deep breaths it eventually goes away.I don t know if its a gas pain or what is related to.

After going through your query I came to know that you may be suffering from pleurisy .It is inflammation of covering of lung, it is generally due to viral infection.Its treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen.Vitamin B and C help in recovery.
