What Causes Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Arms?
I am suffering from pan and tingling sensation down my arms, clear through tomy fingertips. The feel sliightly tight as if I can t open them, as well as down my legs, They are on both sides and I feel very weak and tired. this has been going on for approximately 3 months

As per your history, it may be due to nerve compression.
For further assessment you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies, vit B12 level after consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. You may require tablet Pregabalin after consultation.
Do regular physical therapy. Take balanced diet.
