Well after reading everything on Google I m scared as you know what so I thought I should get someone s opinion. I ve also noticed my right ear feels stuffy but doest hurt. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Neck lymph nodes are usually enlarged due to local infection. These nodal swellings usually take time to resolve completely even after clearance of infection.
Advice
1.     Hot fomentation with slight warm water every 6 hours
2.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral daily for 7 days
3.     Ibuprofen 600 mg per oral after meal if pain occurs
If after 7 days course of cefixime, your neck swelling does not resolve then
a.     CBC
b.     Hb%
c.     ESR
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
