What Causes Pain And Swelling In Arms And Ankles?

Hi. My ankles having been constantly swelling for the past 20 years, For the past 10 years my left arm loses strength and pains me sometimes, Tonight I cannot lift my left arm due to its weakness and pain. My ankles are now swollen like loaves of bread for the past few months. Please help.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The causes of edema of feet may be the anemia, heart failure, use of certain anti hypertensives like amlodepine,defeciency conditions like hypovitaminosis B complex.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have E.C.G, echo, and other tests for diagnosis.
The shoulder pain and weakness may be due to the arthritis of the shoulder.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol,calcium,and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
