What Causes Pain And Stiffness In The Hips And Shoulders?
It started with hip pain 2 years agowhen I would stand up only then . my left wrist started ppoping then all my joints started poping now my shoulder gets stiff and pops with pain before it feels better and now I m feeling it on my other shoulder spreading

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Check for RA factor and serum uric acid level. Also,check for any joint swelling. If you have only pain you can take Ibuprofen tablet as and when required. Start physiotherapy exercises.
