Hello my question is, first off I work at a uniform plant I hang and button and fold clothes, approximately 1700 pieces a day for 11 hours 5 days a week. when I wake up the morning after work my hands are in excruciating pain I can t move them, they re stiff and they re numb and they tingle and it s normally my left hand sometimes my right hand. they re very swollen and now the pain starting to go up my wrist and I only seems that it happens in the mornings after I wake up. sometimes if I sleep in my recliner,sitting up, it doesn t happen. is there any relief I can get for this pain is excruciating and hard to do it thank
