What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Neck?
My almost 3 year old daughter woke up this morning with neck pain and stiffness...she will literally cry out in pain when she moves it a certain way. She is preferring to lay down the only way it doesn't hurt and she doesn't want to get up and play or move much. She does have cold/cough that started up on Friday....and her current temp is 99.2

hello, thanks for your query, post cold with neck stiffness, not active, temp 99, could be due to meningitis,( infection of brain covering) kindly evaluate with pediatrician. all d best. take care.
