Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I understand your concern and would recommend brining your mother to the nearest ER service for some tests:

-a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes
-an abdominal ultrasound
- complete blood count
- liver and kidney function tests
- lipase and amylase for pancreatitis
- a chest X ray study.

Her blood pressure values are really high, but they could be a reaction to extreme pain.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
