What Causes Pain And Soreness In The Nipples?

I have been experiencing mild cramping and sore nipples for 1 week now. My periods are super irregular so I never know when I m going to get it. I typically feel like Im getting my period 2-3 days before i get it. But its been a week now and theres no sign of my period. Ive done 2 pregnancy test which both came back negative. Is there a chance I m pregnant or?

Hello,
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern. There are many physiological as well as pathological causes for delayed periods but most of the times it is normal because of hormonal imbalances.

Some important ones are
Thyroid irregularities, poly cystic ovarian disease, certain chronic diseases, major weight loss.
Other two reasons are pregnancy and menopause.

But in your case it seems aggressive exercise that is found the cause in delayed periods too.

Hope my answer will help you also in case of any further query we would love to help.
Regards
Dr Muzaffar
