What Causes Pain And Prominent Veins On The Penile Head?

I m having weird pains in my penis area. I am uncircumcised and I noticed a few days ago that my veins are bigger now and the head is very dry. Its usually so sensitive to the touch and now when I pull the skin back its dry and I can squeeze the head and it feels numb. There is no discharge or burning when I pee. I just feel a bit of a throb in my penis. I did have oral sex three weeks ago and I thought that maybe this could be signs of an UTI but I m not sure.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, very nonspecific kind of symptoms given here some time it could be due to fungal infection and this can be managed with, "Miconazole cream" else this is nothing to worry, phimosis need to be ruled out too, avoid to pull the foreskin backward on and often this may cause the trauma, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
