What Causes Pain And Pressure In Sternum, Nausea And Bloating?

I am having pain & pressure in the center of my chest, right at my sternum. The pain is under my ribs and radiates around my right side, in my back, right side of my neck and into my right ear & jaw. I feel very nauseated after eating and the pain starts. I feel like I have trouble breathing and cannot get comfortable sitting/standing/or laying. After a while the pain subsides then returns. I feel bloated and full of gas. I have had two previous episodes (this one has lasted days though) and I went to the ER. Not a heart problem. Possibly gall bladder? Absolutely no indication. They could not find anything. I do not want to go to the ER again and have them find no reason for my pain.
