Sir, I used a cotton ear bud to clean my both ears! When cleaning it is itching inside so I roughly handled! caused pain and lost little listening power compared to left ear, and some thing automatically closing and opening my right ear with jaw moves while eating. What to do?

Hi,
Consult ENT faculty, don't be rough while cleaning, it can cause injury. There is little subluxation in joint. He will be prescribed medicine for that and in long term will heal on its own. This can be connective tissue related do some pranayam, meditation [OMBW 'Art of Living' course]. Researches shows promising results.
