Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain and numbness in leg post trauma . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like soft tissue injury , hematoma , nerve injury or compression . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis . Condition like sciatica can also cause such symptoms .Doctor may order CT scan , MRI along with nerve conduction test . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory along with nerve supplement and recommend physical therapy . Doctor may also recommend surgery in severe nerve damage . For now keep your leg elevated while sleeping and apply warm compresses several times a day . Gentle massage with flax oil can also help alot .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
