General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having degenerative changes in tendo achillies producing some calcification in this tendon giving this problem.
Go for x -ray tendo achillies for deposition of calcium.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
You might require steroid shot locally.
Ok and take care.
