General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The current cause of bladder fullness and pain is in relation with urinary tract infection which has nothing co-related with previous gall bladder surgery.
* Drink more liquids and consult your doc for the need of urine microscopy report and further care of medications.
* Avoid spices, dairy fat for digestive discomfort.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
