What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation On The Testicles?

Hello doctor, well I was normal about 2 weeks back, well suddenly I started to get a burning sensation on my testicles, then slowly it started to get a mild pain. It used to pain when I used to walk and even sit, but the pain used to get low if I sleep. Then I started to apply ice packs to the testicles and then the pain used to subside. well suddenly after 2 days the pain became worse but after applying ice packs and taking rest I went away. Now I have slight pain and burning sensation at the testicles and my thighs, and legs also pain. What can be the reason, Acidity, Gas, or any other ???

HI.
This can be due to nerve supplying the area being trapped or stretched in its course. Usual reason is development of a hernia , although small can stretch the nerve to the scrotum and inner thing ( area of burning pain). Please get a clinical examination done by a Urologist to confirm and undergo further tests and treatment. Do not apply ice to the scrotum.
You have not mentioned in swelling, fever or any other symptoms so I take these are not present hence the probable diagnosis.
