Hello,

You have a history of injury due to fall. Since your X-Ray reports don't show any fracture still you have soreness & burning pain, you can apply ointment soframycin or Neomycin for relief.

Pain & soreness may be due to abrasion, inflammation pinched nerve, some tendon or ligament tear.

You are suggested to visit ER, get physically examined. In the meantime, you can take NSAIDS, one sos when needed for relief.

You may need a physiotherapist for a few stretch exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
