i did fistula surgery 2010.it occurred at my side ,3.5 c.m. length.problem right now i feel burn and pain at my opposite side recently.i went to doctor, he gave me some medications but using medicines it gone for some days and again i feel same problem .what i will do now and what my real problem is?
dear possibly you may developed repeat fissure in ano. but you didn't mentioned blood in stools.
other possible causes are hemorrhoids or eating spicy food or diarrhoea or constipation etc...
avoid spicy food and alcohol,avoid smoking.eat high fiber diet. if symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
