Hi,

Your symptoms suggest urinary tract infection secondary to lithotripsy. I suggest you to investigate with urine culture to find causative organism. According to culture report sensitive antibiotic prescribed. Drink lots of water and fruit juice. Avoid excess spicy foods. Cranberry juice extract tablet can be prescribed for week. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
