What Causes Pain After Intercourse With Surgery?

I had my second surgery 2 weeks ago due to internal bleeding I ve had my stitches out a week and had sex last night for the first time since my first surgery but this morning it hurts to go to the toilet and irritated this has never happend before and after having so many problems from my 1st surgery I m Wondering if something is wrong? Also my scar as swollen in the last day or 2
