What Causes Pain Above The Pelvic Area?

Ive had a pain right back side just above the pelvis then it travels down side of right leg around the knee sometimes making it knumb .on zapain pills and nortripyline.My sleep pattern is eratic.It seems to be a trapped nerve or siatica.Could i ask you for another opinion.Will it take a long time to heal.Thanks

After going through your query I concluded that you got sciatica. Treatment of this is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen. Methylcobalamine can be useful as it is neurogenic pain. Mecobalamine and bed rest in lateral position is its treatment. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C with be helpful in recovery.
