Hello,

You may be suffering from gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance or infection. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Take food on time avoid cool drinks and caffeinated drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid lactose and gluten contain food. If symptoms don't improve, please consult your gastroenterologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
