Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
From your history it is likely that you might be the case of polycystic ovaries.
Please have adequate exercise and proper diet plan. Avoid sugar and sugar added foods, bakery products and deep fried foods.
If you are not getting adequate response with fertomid 100, I will suggest you to add Tab Glyciphage Sr, dose depending on your weight and tolerance.
If needed Injection HMG 75 IU can be added on day 3-5-7 of the cycle.
This can help you form good ovum.
I hope my answer helps you.
