What Causes Ovarian Pain And Nausea?
I am 46 yrs old, and recently missed my period this month. This occurred earlier in the year. This time my breast have swelled and I have experienced some nausa, along with ntense ovarian pain on the right side. In addition I have had a few bouts of diarrhea. Is this perimenopause. I did have sex on or near my ovulation date. One last symptom...fibroids; no heavy flows with period.

Hi dear!
First thing that you should do is to exlude a pregnancy ,hence you should take a pregnancy test
If it will be negative than missed period can be due to perimenopause.
Fibroids haven't relation with missed periods .
