I had sex 13 days ago, but it wasn t sex that I agreed to. I am not due for my period for atleast another week, but today when I went to the toilet I wiped and had some orange looking colored blood on the tissue, and for the last few days I ve had stretching like feelings mixed with period like cramps in my lower abdomen

This may be signs of hormonal imbalance,ovarian cysts or endometriosis but also STD may be present so you should do STD tests and check ovaries with ultrasound to find possible cause.
