What Causes Orange Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Cramps After Unprotected Intercourse?
I had unprotected sex a week ago today (same partner for 8 months no prior issues) the next day I had pale pink- orange, foul (almost semen smelling) discharge. I should note that I finished my period 2 days prior to having sex. I've had slight lower right quadrant abdominal cramping and nausea. I called my family Dr for a pap and I can't get in for 6 weeks. Any ideas??

I think this spotting and lower abdominal pain is caused by infection. You should do a vaginal smear to verify it.
