What Causes Orange Oil Droplets In Stool?
I drank some weird-looking milk yesterday morning, but it tastes fine. It had an oily texture but I drank it anyways. Today, I had orange oil droplets in my poop, and some orange liquid had involuntarily came out of my butt beforehand, which had a weird smell. My question is do you think the orange stuff is from the milk?

Oil droplets in the stools mean undigested fat in the stools which may be seen in pancreatic insufficiency or malabsorption syndromes or parasitic infections or dairy products intolerance.
