The two conditions which cause orange coloured vaginal discharge are 1) . bacterial vaginosis and 2). trichomoniasis Bacterial Vaginosis is basically an overgrowth of a naturally occurring bacteria called Gardnerella Vaginalis. This causes vaginal itching and fowl smelling vaginal discharge while Trichomoniasis is caused by a parasite. It can cause vaginal itching, painful intercourse, and fowl smelling vaginal discharge.
