Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Oozing of pus from a mole indicates it is infected. It needs to be treated with antibiotics and antiinflammatory medications as well as local antiseptics. Kindly clean the mole gently by using mild antiseptic solution like Savlon. Take antibiotic course containing Amoxacillin with Clavulenic acid combination. Take antiinflammatory medication containing Ibuprofen with Paracetamol combination. It should subside in a week time. In case mole starts to bleed, you need to get a biopsy done and get the specimen examined for histopathology to rule out cancer. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
