What Causes Oozing Of Clear Sticky Discharge From The Chin?

I have no pimples and somehow there s this clear sticky liquid oozing from my chin. It takes up about 2/3 of my chin and I ve applied a warm cloth which managed to dry it but it s a really rough texture and it doesn t seem to be going away. What could be causing it? and how can I get rid of it?

Hi,
It might be a sinus tract from the dental to skin. You need the dental examination and X ray- Mandible to confirm this. It need to be treated by Proper antibiotics. If not cured they surgery is essential.
