What Causes One Testicle To Be Higher Than Other?

hi, my question is my right testicle is now higher than my left just in the last few days. I also have a little pain. I have had a little lump on my right testicle for about 15 to 20 years it never has bothered me. Right testcle feels a little swollen but does not hurt when I touch it firmly.

Is this something I should be conerned about?

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
left Varicocele with Right spermatocele / or could be from TVH(Tunica Vaginalis Hydrocele)
The higher temperature with left Varicocele, realxes the creamaster so as to aircondition the high temperature of left testes,
And the right testes with swelling gives cremasteric reflex to lift it higher comparatively, which may be or may not be the real effect,and could be due to the lower hanging of the left congested and swollen engorged testes,which is the effect due to the left Varicocele.
USG and second opinion from Surgeon would fix these reasons and would reduce your anxiety with it.
