What Causes On And Off Stomach Cramping?

I have a hx of acid reflux. Recently had some chest pain, radiating to back that was relieved when I sat forward so I thought it may be spasms of my esog. Then last Sunday I got sever cramping in my stomach. Very noisey and active. Stayed in mid stomach and did not move lower. I thought I had severe constipation. Took laxitive and enemas the next day and blockage was releived however I am still having cramping off and on. No fever, nausea, and had three bowel movements in the last 6 days but cramping still occuring but lighter. Shall I wait a bit longer to see if it goes away?
