Hi

I had gone through your query.

It is just 3 days so no need to worry.

1st thing require to go for routine ENT check up.

It may occur in sinus infection or congestion.

If it come normal then it may have psychological component.

But it is difficult to say because you have it since last 3 days.

It may occur in Olfactory referral syndrome or Obsessive spectrum but there are other associate symptoms along with olfactory hallucinations.

Need to go for psychological evaluation for this.

So consult ENT specialist and psychiatrist if require.

I hope i have answered your query.
Feel free to ask.

Thank you.
