What Causes Oily Discharge From The Rectum?

I have an oily discharge from my rectum after going to the bathroom. The discharge can leak for several hours. There is no pain or discomfort and stools are normal. I am 59 years old, weigh 180 pounds and am 5 9 tall, generally in good health. I want to know what is causing this and how to get it under control.
