Hello
Orlistat is a fat burner and act as an anti-obesity agents .
It causes faecal urgency & incontinence, flatulence, FATTY STOOL OR DISCHARGE , increased defecation.
The oily substance which you are feeling during defecation is actually stool containing or accompanying fat ( burnt by orlistat ) , so this is not a cause of concern .
But keep one thing in mind that this should be taken with meal containing fat , OMIT dose if meal is occasionally missed or has no fat.
Hope this will help you.
