I have an occassional sensation of a needle in my left eye. I have just had another which felt it had gone through my eye at an angle left to right leaving a numbing sensation although it wasn t numb. Almost like I had been hit in the side of the face after that is

You need complete eye examination by eye doctor. Needle prick feeling can be due to dry eye. Other feeling are imaginary.
