This is normal thing. So no need to worry for fissure thickening. It is mostly due to healed pneumonia. Better to get done CT thorax to confirm this. You can apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest for pain relief. You can also take simple painkiller like paracetamol if pain is more. Don t worry, you will be alright.
