What Causes Numbness On Top Of Head Radiating To The Chin?

My left side of my head is numb - from the top of my head to my chin. Also, experiencing dizzy spells, that feels like my brain is pulsating. I have had 1 ct scan, 2 mri s, and a full body virtual scan. There is no pain involved, but hard to stay focus. The episodes last for about an hour then dissipate.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have numbness on top of head radiating to the chin. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like migraine , bell's palsy , trigeminal neuralgia or severe dental infection. I would suggest you to do stretching exercises of facial muscle , start physical therapy of face , also apply warm compresses on face and eat sot food . If condition doesn't get well then consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scam , MRI and take history along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe nerve supplement along with surgery in case neuralgia , alcohol injection at nerve origin . Doctor may also refer you to dentist for dental infection or TMJ problem .
