What Causes Numbness On The Toes?

Ok this has been going on for a long time all of my toes on my left foot are semi numb still have feeling to walk and do normal things but also are numb enough to barley feel any pain and on my right foot its my big toe that is partially numb all the time. I dont know whats going on

I have studied your case carefully and two common possible causes are-
1.Raised blood sugar level (Diabetes Mellitus) along with deficiency of vitamin B12.
2.Pinched nerve at lower spine for this MRI of lumbar spine is Investigation of choice.
