General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

You should consult nearby physician for examination and measurement of blood pressure first....

Slurred speech, dizziness like history ruled out and if high blood pressure present than transient ischemic attack ruled put by CT scan.. (only if suspected after examination)

Second rule out vitamin b12 deficiency by serum b12 estimation and peripheral smear examination

Neurological examination should be done to rule out neuropathy...

Check blood sugar level also to rule out diabetes..

Sometime nerve compress from spinal cause might present, so if needed spine MRI needed

Hence consult nearby physician for examination and than accordingly investigation done as per need from above list

Hope your concern solved
