General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to suggest you some tests:
1. MRI of the hand including wrist.
2. EMG of the left hand
3. Nerve Conduction Study
4. Thyroid Function Test (T3, T4, TSH)
5. Vitamin B12 level
6. Fasting Blood Sugar

I would also like to start this medication:
Pregabalin
If pain too much, Ibuprofen as needed but if you have to take more than one dose, there must be a gap of 6 hours.

Post the results after it comes, we have skilled neurologists here and they can follow you up and give next course of treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
