What Causes Numbness On The Face While Suffering From Hypertension?

I have diagnosed high blood pressure, various vitamin deficiencies, chron s disease, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In the last 5 days I ve had numbness on the left side of my face as well as tingling and coldness in my left fingers, primarily my pinkie and ring fingers.

Numbness on one side of face accompanied with tingling sensation in fingers occurs due to neuropathy or nerve damage, malignant hypertension which is life threatening Symptoms include blurred vision, headache, confusion, anxiety, drowsiness, fatigue (tiredness), nausea, vomiting, chest pain (angina), shortness of breath, cough, decreased urinary output, and weakness or numbness in the arms, legs, face, or other areas.
