What Causes Numbness In Upper Leg And Arm?

I have been having numbness in my upper left leg for a while, what do you think is causing it? I have a pinched nerve in c-4-5. I just finished having decompression for 6 weeks, 3x/week, I though that would help but I m still having the tingling and numbness also on my left arm

Hello,

It may be due to peripheral neuropathy which should get evaluated. For further assessment you may require orthopedic surgeon consultation. He may procure MRI back, complete hemogram, vitamin levels as per evaluation. You may require require tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation. Take balanced diet and keep your self hydrated.
