What Causes Numbness In The Right Hand?

Hi, my almost six year old daughter has said 2x today that her right hand felt numb and prickley. Once in the morning and once in the evening. She has done nothing out of the ordinary today or yesterday. She is otherwise healthy. Is this a sign of a serious medical problem and can a six year old get MS?
