What Causes Numbness In The Lips And Pressure In The Head?

I am a 39 yr old female,I have been dealing with these symptoms for over a yr now. I have time to time episodes of ....a little off balance, tingling ,pressure in the top of my head.(no pain). at times i have numbness in my lips, followed by a warm sensation,at other times,my eyes are jarred followed by the warm sensation. i have had mri/mra,cat scans. I am currently going to a chiropracter for possible nerve disruption in my neck. i have been to ENT,also a cardiologist. I do have PVC s,and am taking Synthroid for a thyroid condition. I have also seen a Neurologist. She cannot pinpoint an exact diagnosis. Do you think this could be a nerve related issue?
