What Causes Numbness In The Hands And Tinnitus After Taking Aleve?

Yesterday while hiking in mountains I took an aleve for foot pain and with 10-20 minutes experienced stomach discomfort, numbness in hands and feet, headache, ringing, tunnel vision and severe breathing difficulties and heart pounding. do have asbestosis, but have learned to live with it. No previous reaction to any drugs, but never took aleve before either. Very sudden after taking it and symptoms seem to diminish today. no history of heart issues and extremely heaathy, fit 76 year old. My doctor expects aleve reaction?
