Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here first of all vitamin deficiency has to be ruled out...
Esp. Vitamin B12 level checked and if deficit than treated by cyanocobalamin injection or vitamin tablets

Sometimes temporary EBV and CMV like viral infection can lead numbness

History regarding connective tissue disorders, alcohol and smoking history, liver disease etc taken to exclude other causes apart from vitamin deficiency

If specific cause found than treated accordingly

Neurological cranial nerves examination also needs to be done..

Take care

Consult physician for examination
